Our mission is to make luxury and self-care accessible to everyone, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where people from all walks of life can feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. As a newly established destination for beauty, wellness, and advanced laser treatments, we are passionate about educating our community, helping clients understand the benefits of laser therapy, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their personal care. Our diverse team includes two estheticians, a cosmetologist, an assistant, and two nurses who are Certified Laser Specialists. Together, we bring a range of skills, knowledge, and perspectives to provide personalized experiences centered around each client's individual goals. We believe beauty and wellness are about more than appearances. It's about feeling confident in your own skin, taking time for yourself, and leaving feeling refreshed, empowered, and renewed. At Willow and Wood, our goal is simple: to welcome everyone, educate with confidence, care with compassion, and help as many people as possible look and FEEL their very best. Kacie Smith
I'm Kacie Smith, a nurse and laser certified professional with a passion for wellness, aesthetics, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. With 13 years of experience in dentistry and 10 years in nursing, my career has been rooted in caring for people. These experiences have shaped my approach to beauty and wellness, by combining clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create an experience that feels both personalized and exceptional. I'm proud to call Salina my home, where I live with my husband, Cody, and our two kids, and our very full household of 3 dogs and 4 cats. My family and pets are a huge part of who I am and keep life interesting, full of laughter, love, and plenty of personality. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me reading, decorating, spending time with my family and pets, or finding ways to help others. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel cared for, and invest in yourself. I believe true wellness is about more than how we look, it's about how we feel. It's my privilege to combine my healthcare background with my passion for aesthetics and wellness to provide thoughtful, individualized care to every person who walks through our doors.

Hi there! I’m Sadie Garrett, a Registered Nurse with a passion for helping you look and feel your best. I specialize in a variety of services, including laser treatments, body piercings, tattoo removal, massage, and medical-grade facials. As a mom of two and with the incredible support of my hard-working husband, I’ve been able to turn my dream of owning my own business into a reality. I’m so excited to work with you and help boost your confidence with personalized care that’s as unique as you are. Can’t wait to meet you and start this journey together!

Hi, I’m Raynee Hardesty! I’m passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. With a year of experience in aesthetics, I love creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I’m excited to continue growing in the aesthetics and wellness industry and helping others feel their best, inside and out!
Abbi Unruh
Hi! I’m Abbi, a licensed esthetician who is passionate about helping you look and feel your best. I received my esthetics license from Eric Fisher Academy in 2023, where I developed my love for results-driven skincare and building meaningful connections with clients. I’m deeply passionate about wellness as a whole and believe that healthy, radiant skin goes beyond products and treatments—it’s a reflection of how you care for your body, inside and out. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me at the lake, spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors with my boyfriend, or probably with a coffee in hand. I’m also a big believer in practicing what I preach and making time for my own skincare and self-care rituals. I strive to create a space where you can relax, feel taken care of, and leave glowing—inside and out.
Tamara Tweedy
With a unique background spanning 25+ years in network design engineering and 13+ years as a multi-state licensed aesthetician. A recognized subject matter expert who spent decades managing complex technical systems, she applies that same meticulous attention to detail to the science of healthy skin. Tamara specializes in targeted treatments for aging skin, acne, rosacea, dermatillomania, and skin of color, combining advanced clinical techniques with expert knowledge of medical-grade product lines to help every client feel confident in their skin.
